Father's Day | Ether Atelier

or Father's Day, I collaborated with Ether Atelier to capture the artistry behind their signature Hops Bonbons, a small-batch confection born from the unexpected pairing of craft chocolate and hop-forward flavor. This behind-the-scenes shoot follows the chef in the kitchen, hands-on through every stage of the process: tempering chocolate, infusing hops, molding, and the final finishing touches that give each bonbon its signature shine.
Rather than a polished product-only shot, this project leans into process and craft: the steam, the tools, the concentration on the chef's face, all working together to tell the story of how a Father's Day gift is actually made. The result is a warm, editorial series that captures both the technical skill and the personality behind Ether Atelier's kitchen.
